Another Move

We moved again yesterday.  Check out was 11:00 AM, so we pulled out at 10:45.  Got the car all hooked up....still no lights, but we decided to play stupid and I finally got to ride in the RV, much more relaxing than the first ride and I would like to do it again!!  It wasn't a long ride, back to Sumterville area to a different campground this time,  the Turtle Back RV Resort, now a KOA, but they have cable which is a plus since our satellite and antenna still don't work.

Beautiful CG, Tight Spots
We got here about 12:30, stopped at the truck stop up the road and disconnected, then I headed over to check us in with Brad only about 5 min. behind me.  Can you say tight, close, sites.....this one fits the bill.  It is a small campground, nice looking, but you are right on top of your neighbor, but it is only for 3 nights, then off to La Mesa again.

Visitor to the Animal Farm
Today we went to Wally world, still looking for a coffee pot, no joy, but we did pick up a few other things we needed.  Stopped at the new pizza shop for a slice of pizza, then headed over for a visit at the Lucero household.  Ashley and Gabe were the only ones there, so we chit chatted for a moment and headed down to the barn.  We were looking to see what we left behind and what do we find...a new addition to the animal farm.  The story is that he was at the Vets for rehabilitation and is ready to be released, but Len has been busy and hasn't got the release done yet.  He said we could release him, but all the dogs were there and we didn't want to be responsible for his demise.

After that we stopped and got some chicken for dinner, stopped at the CG where I talked with the neighbor lady who had a mini Chihuahua.  He was soooo cute and full grown is between 3-5 pounds.  But expensive, I guess she was happy about the price she paid for him.  She did say that they had 2 or 3 left, but they are females, not males (go figure).  We then headed over to the O'Donnell's to pick up Makira and drop her off at a sleep over.  The back to the CG for dinner and an evening of relaxing.

I did forget to post this picture the other day.  Beside the Freight liner shop, was a pilot gas station, and on one of our many stops there, this guy pulled in for gas.  And no, I was not the only person taking pictures.  Gotta love it.   Later, Diane and Brad

I would guess Home Made
